Every year Twyford & District Round Table have a camping weekend, Dads and kids, to enable bonding with our children and possibly give our other halves some breathing time. This year was held on a lovely farm near Stokenchurch
Last night Twyford & District Round Table were invited by our sister 41 Club to shoot some clays in Oxfordshire. The instructors were very patient and it was quite good fun. This was then followed by a lovely meal (sat outside!) in the Leathern Bottle in Lewknor (recommend).
Tonight (15/6/16) Twyford & district Round Table will be undertaking their annual cycle pub crawl starting at the Royal Oak and braving the elements, ensuring that the local refreshment spots are still up to scratch! #hardlife
Next week, Twyford & District Round Table will be going for a group cycle ride on Wednesday 16th June. We’re going to meet at Royal Oak (Buratta’s) Ruscombe – 6:30pm – 7pm start cycling around the local backroads enjoying the scenery and fresh air of the local surrounds, we undertsand it may be warm, so we’ll have lots of stops for refreshments along the way until we finish with a slap up meal at the Landsend (and possibly a cycle through the ford if we feel brave enough).
Another superb Donkey Derby in Twyford, many thanks to the 1st Twyford Scouts for arranging such fabulous weather.
Come and see us today at the Donkey Derby on King George V field (Behind Loddon Hall) and Ride Sam the Train or just talk to us and find out what we do the rest of the year between Bonfire, Santa and the Donkey Derby.
